My Journey in Naturism - How it began?
I delivered our baby girl in 2017, and post-delivery motherhood, changes in my physical self and stress made me a different personality altogether. Every day came with a challenge and no respite. I hated myself. We were dragging our lives until Covid 19 hit us, and we went into a lockdown. For me, nudity was taboo as I grew up in that environment. But now, with Ray around, I felt at ease and wanted to know more about Naturism and if I could benefit from this alternate lifestyle. Ray always advocated this ideology. During Lockdown, when our baby took a nap, I dived into Naturism-related articles on the Web. The answer to my question is how Naturism is a lifestyle and cultural movement, and it emphasis on non-sexual social nudity promotes living in harmony with nature was within my reach. Ray was always by my side and often mentioned, "Take your time." I soon realised that I wanted to give it a try, with no outdoor activity that was feasible and slept nude without any undergarments. Ray had in the past suggested trying but I had ignored him until that night, and there was a WOW factor in my mind even while I was feeding my kid as I did not have to worry about my gown or my bra, and they appeared to be useless objects at that time. There was a sense of comfort and freedom. From that night till now, it is realisation that your body is yours and it needs to be respected and not ridiculed and labelled. My journey into Naturism has just begun.
